The fixture is reasonable in structural design, the to-be-tested annular sample can be clamped firmly, tensile creep behaviors can be tested smoothly, clamping slip of the sample during testing is avoided, and testing precision is further guaranteed. Meanwhile, the method for testing the tensile creep behaviors is provided for a continuous fiber reinforced composite, calculation accuracy of modulus of creep is guaranteed, and a method for calculating long-term strength of creep failure is provided.
