Embodiment Construction

[0046] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, a rotor assembly and an alternating pole motor of the present invention will be further described in detail below through embodiments and in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0047]It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being “fixed” to another element, it can be directly on the other element or there can also be an intervening element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly on" another element, there are no intervening elements present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and similar expressions are used herein for purposes of illustration only. Various objects in the drawings of the embodiments are drawn to a scale convenient for illust...

Abstract

The invention relates to a rotor assembly and a consequent pole motor. The rotor assembly comprises an iron core and a plurality of permanent magnets, wherein the iron core is provided with a plurality of mounting slots for accommodating the permanent magnets; the mounting slots are distributed along the circumferential direction of the iron core; two sides of each mounting slot close to the end part of the outer edge of the iron core are also provided with a first air slot and a second air slot respectively; the first air slot is positioned in a permanent magnet pole area; the second air slotis positioned in a consequent pole area; the first air slot and the mounting slots are arranged at intervals; the circumferential width size of the first air slot along the outward radial direction of the iron core increases gradually; and the second air slot communicates with the mounting slots. The width of a permanent-magnet pole facing the air gap is adjusted through the first air slot whichis arranged at an interval with the mounting slots, so that the utilization rate of the permanent magnet is increased. The second air slot can prevent a magnetic line emitted by the permanent magnet from passing through the end part of the permanent magnet in order to avoid short circuit, and lower magnet leakage, and can adjust the orientation of the magnetic line on a consequent pole in order toweaken torque fluctuation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to a rotor assembly and an alternating pole motor. Background technique [0002] Compared with traditional permanent magnet synchronous motors, alternating pole permanent magnet synchronous motors make full use of permanent magnets. The number of permanent magnets used in the alternating pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is only half of the number of permanent magnets in the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor, which significantly reduces the number of permanent magnets used in the motor, thereby reducing the cost of the motor. However, the torque fluctuation of the general alternating pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is relatively large, which limits the further popularization and application of the alternating pole permanent magnet synchronous motor. Contents of the invention [0003] Based on this, it is necessary to provide a rotor assembly and an alter...
