Abstract

The fabric comprises an integrally knitted woven fabric body, wherein the woven fabric body comprises a surface layer and a bottom layer, the surfacelayer is interwoven on the bottom layer in an up and down manner to form a plurality of interwoven parts, adjacent interwoven parts are set as first interwoven parts and second interwoven parts respectively, and the first interwoven parts, the surface layer, the second interwoven parts and the bottom layer define channels for filling of down. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the channels for filling of the down are directly formed on the double-layer fabric in a weaving manner, the quilting procedure of the down fabric is saved, direct tailoring on a cutting bed can be performed, then, the channels are filled with the down, and a down jacket is formed through sewing. The down jacket has the advantages of a good down-proof effect. The invention also provides a production method of the down fabric. The production method has the advantage of high processing efficiency.
