Abstract

The invention discloses a fertilizer capable of simultaneously improving contents of glucoraphanin and organic selenium in broccoli. The sulfur content in the fertilizer is 1 to 4 mM, and the seleniumcontent in the fertilizer is 50 to 150 mu M. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a method capable of simultaneously improving contents of glucoraphanin and organic selenium in broccoli. The method comprises the step of foliage spraying of the fertilizer on broccoli plants. By means of the foliar fertilizer disclosed by the invention, the content of glucoraphanin in the broccoli is effectively improved by 27.9 to 89.5%, and the content of organic selenium in the broccoli is improved by 5.1 to 16.5 times.
