The method includes the following steps that: a power line communication signal sequence is collected and is converted into a two-dimensional signal; the two-dimensional signal is decomposed, so that a power line communication signal decomposition coefficient is obtained; the actual edge probability distribution of each parameterin the decomposition coefficient as well as the mean and mean square error of the parameters are calculated; and the power line communication signal decomposition coefficient is adjusted according tothe actual edge probability distribution of each parameter in the decomposition coefficient as well as the mean and mean square error of the parameters; and a power line communication signal sequencewith no missing data can be generated according to the adjusted power line communication signal decomposition coefficient.
