The invention discloses an endoscope image determining system and a method thereof. The endoscope image determining system comprises the components of an input module which is used for receiving the medical image of a to-be-diagnosed patient; an image processing module which is used for performing preprocessing and characteristic extraction operation on the medical image; an artificial intelligence determining module which is used for comparing an input to-be-diagnosed characteristic with the standard characteristic set of each disease in a training picture database and obtains a disease probability of the patient; and an output module which is used for outputting an artificial intelligence determining result. The system is utilized for analyzing and diagnosing related medical records in the form of image and picture, thereby reducing misdiagnosis and diagnosis omission rate of a doctor. The system and the method are particularly suitable for the basic-level and remote-area health centers with relatively backward medical resources and relatively low professional level of the doctor. Furthermore the to-be-diagnosed patient can be quickly correlated with one or multiple diseases, thereby saving a large amount of time for subsequent definite diagnosis.
