Abstract

Firstthrough holes are formed in the surface of the cylinder body. The upper portion of the surface of the cylinder body is sleeved with an upper cover. A deflation device is fixedly mounted on the right side of the bottom surface of an inner cavity of the shell. A rotary rod is rotatably mounted on the right side of the top surface of the inner cavity of the shell. The upper portion of the surface ofthe rotary rod is fixedly sleeved with a rotary disc. A through hole is formed in the right side of the upper surface of the rotary disc. A fixing pipe closely attached to the rotary disc is mounted in the middle of the upper surface of the shell in an inlaid mode. The upper end of the rotary rod penetrates through the top surface of the inner cavity of the shell to extend into the inner cavity.
