The control method comprises the following steps that measuring information of an air conditioner is collected in real time, the information comprises setting cooling water entering and exiting temperature, cooling water entering and exiting temperature and central air conditioner main unit power and the like; when the HVDC locking accident occurs, a safe and stable load shedding main station issues load shedding instructions through a communication protocol; a load substation executes the load shedding instructions, the load substation excises the controlled central air conditioning load by the communication protocol; feeder power supply is restored, and the current percentage ofthe air conditioner is controlled to be the same as that before the accident; limitation on the percentage of air conditioning current is lifted; a full time domain simulation model is established; and a dispatching center grasps changes of the system frequency after the load is added to the control through the full time domain simulation model. The control method can quickly respond to the HVDClocking accident. Impact on the central air conditioner is little. Secondary power shocks to the system are avoided.
