The system comprises an acquiring module; a tranquillization frame marker identification module, a UES channel relaxation marker determining module and a swallow wave marker determining module, wherein the acquiring module is used for acquiring a tranquillization frame pressurecloud picture and a swallow frame cloud picture; the tranquillization frame marker identification module is used for determining UES and LES positions according to the tranquillization frame pressurecloud picture and determining LES upper edge and lower edge positions according to the intersection points of the interpolation curve of the pressure sum of breathing last moments and a mid-value straight line; the UES channel relaxation marker determining module is used for determining the lowest point of UES relaxation and determining the starting and ending positions of UES relaxation accordingto the intersection points of the interpolation curve of the pressure of the UES channel and a second datum line and a third datum line; the swallow wave marker determining module is used for determining the pressure wave highest point of a target channel and determining the peak type and swallow wave starting and ending positions of the target channel according to the intersection points of theinterpolation curve of the pressure of the target channel and a fourth datum line.
