The rotating blade excitation testing device comprises a driving mechanism, a detection mechanism and a pneumatic excitation mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is provided with installation positions, the installation positions are used for installing rotating blades, and the drivingmechanism is used for driving the rotating blades to rotate; the detection mechanism is used for detecting the excitation condition of the rotating blades; and the pneumatic excitation mechanism includes an excitation impeller assembly and a brake, the brake is arranged on the excitation impeller assembly, the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotating blades drives the excitation impeller assembly to rotate, and the brake is used for controlling the rotating speed of the excitation impeller assembly.
