The method comprises the following steps of: scanning to obtain a fingerprint sequence to be aligned; judging whether the fingerprint sequence to be aligned matches with a reference fingerprint sequence corresponding information table stored in a fingerprint sequence database, wherein the reference fingerprint sequence corresponding information table comprises a reference fingerprint sequence and application module information corresponding to the reference fingerprint sequence; if there is a reference fingerprint sequence in the reference fingerprint sequence correspondence information table consistent with the fingerprint sequence to be compared, the fingerprint sequence to be compared and the reference fingerprint sequence correspondence information table are matched successfully; and obtaining thecorresponding application module information according to the reference fingerprint sequence consistent with the fingerprint sequence to be compared, and starting the corresponding application moduleusing the application module information.
