The shale gas well sand-water discharge plunger comprises a main shaft, a horizontal fan blade assembly, a fan blade opening shaft sleeve, a fan blade closing shaft sleeve and a vertical fan blade assembly. By using upwelling power of gas in a shale gas well, the vertical fan blade assembly is driven by the upwelling power of the gas to mix sand with water on the bottom of the well and stir the sand and water upwards to the upper side of the horizontal fan blade assembly, then, the plunger collides with the bottom of the shale gas well, so that the fan blade closing shaft sleeve makes the horizontal fan blades form a sealing surface, the shale gas well sand-water discharge plunger is pushed by the gas to integrally moveupwards, and the sand and water brought by the sealing surface formed by the horizontal fan blades are discharged from a sand-water discharge channel at a shale gas well mouth; the plunger collides with the top of the shale gas well, so that the fan blade opening shaft sleeve makes the horizontal fan blades opened again, so repeatedly, the sand and water on the bottom of the shale gas well are discharged upwards.
