Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing short-sleeved upper outer garments by using waste trousers. The global demand for and consumption of textiles grow, and the waste generated cannot be ignored. The method comprises the steps that 1, sutures of the inner side of a left trouser leg between the crotch portions of the waste trousers and the inner side of the left calf are disassembled, andthe sutures of the inner side of the left trouser leg between the crotch portion and the inner side of the right calf are dissembled;2, the dismantled inner side sutures are subjected to edge treatment; 3, the waste trousers are put upside down, and the waists of the waste trousers are sleeved with dress forms; 4, the crotch portions of the waste trousers are fixed to the center of the chests ofthe dress forms; 5, the inner side portions of the left calf and the right calf are respectively placed on right shoulders and left shoulders of the dress forms; 6, the upper side portions of right thigh and left thigh are folded and fixed to obtain the upper outer garments; 7, the fixation of the crotch portions and the centers of the chests of the dress forms is released.
