The invention discloses a research method for promoting postpartum uterine involution by combining a traditional Chinese medicine prescription and a postpartum rehabilitation instrument, wherein the research method is the clinical observation of the postpartum uterine involution promotion effect in the combination the traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the postpartum rehabilitation instrument. According to the research method, 120 cases of normal term delivery women are selected and are divided into three groups, the three groups are treated respectively with the self-researched traditional Chinese medicine prescription, the postpartum rehabilitation instrument, and the traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the postpartum rehabilitation instrument, and the treatment effects of the three treatment methods on uterine involution are compared; and 120 cases of cesarean section women are selected and are randomly divided into three groups, the three groups are treated respectively with the self-researched traditional Chinese medicine prescription, the postpartum rehabilitation instrument, and the traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the postpartum rehabilitation instrument, and the treatment effects of the three treatment methods on uterine involution are compared.
