Abstract

The invention discloses a two-liquid grouting device capable of arbitrarily adjusting the angle of a grouting pipe during surface drilling. The two-liquid grouting device is composed of a grouting pipe assembly, a flange pressing sleeve, a connecting sleeve, a flange sleeve joint and a drilling inner casing. The grouting pipe assembly communicates with the grouting pipe through a three-way pipe; the flange pressing sleeve is a pressing sleeve with one end connected with a flange; the connecting sleeve is a sleeve with the two ends connected with the flange, the sleeve wall is connected with agrouting branch pipe, and the grouting branch pipe communicates with the sleeve; the flange sleeve joint is a sleeve joint with one end connected with the flange; one end of the flange sleeve joint isconnected with the drilling inner casing, the other end of the flange sleeve joint is in flanged connection with one end of the connecting sleeve, and therefore internal channels of the drilling inner casing, the flange sleeve joint and the connecting sleeve communicate with each; the outer diameter of the pressing sleeve is not larger than the inner diameter of the sleeve, the inner diameter ofthe pressing sleeve is not smaller than the outer diameter of the grouting pipe, the pressing sleeve is sleeved with the connecting sleeve, the flange pressing sleeve is in flanged connection with theother end of the connecting sleeve, and the grouting pipe is sleeved with the channels for communicating the drilling inner casing, the flange sleeve joint and the connecting sleeve.
