The filter comprises an upper-layer metal patch, a dielectric substrate and a lower-layer metal patch; the middle ofthe upper-layer metal patch is a circular patch; a metal through hole is formed in the center of the circular patch; two metal through holes are formed in the upper side and lower side of the circularpatch respectively; the left side and right side of the circular patch are transitionally transformed into a first microstrip line and a second microstrip line respectively through a first coplanar waveguide and a second coplanar waveguide and are respectively connected with an input end and an output end; the upper side and lower side of the circular patch are respectively connected with rectangular patches; metal through holes are respectively formed along the circumference line of the circular patch and along the three side edges of each rectangular patch which are not connected with the circular patch; four sets of first rectangular grooves, second rectangular grooves and circular arc grooves are formed in the circular patch through etching; and the first rectangular grooves and the second rectangular grooves are distributed along the radial direction of the circular patch so as to evenly divide the circular patch into four parts.
