Abstract

By utilizing an established Italian penicillium mitochondria extraction buffering system, the Italian penicillium mitochondria can be successfully extracted, the mitochondria are high in yield and good in activity, so that further research for the electron transfer chains, proteomics and genetic mechanism of the Italian penicillium mitochondria is possible, and the foundation is set for further researching the antibacterial mechanism of a sterilizing agent adopting the mitochondria as a target point for Italian penicillium.
