The invention relates to a green method for preserving
navel oranges at normal temperature. The method comprises the following steps of harvesting, ultrasonic treatment,
traditional Chinese medicine extract soaking, air-
drying treatment,
package, storage and the like. According to the method,
navel oranges are soaked by adopting an
illicium verum extracting solution, wherein
illicium verum is a natural spice, is safe and nontoxic, can be used for inhibiting growth of
penicillium italicum wehmer and
penicillium digitatum, and is used for warehouse-out preservation of
navel oranges, so that therotting rate of navel oranges can be effectively reduced, fruit
moisture maintenance of navel oranges can be facilitated, and the
shelf life of navel oranges can be prolonged.
Package for single navelorange is carried out by adopting a
polyethylene preservative seal bag and can be mechanically operated to form a miniature
controlled atmosphere environment, so that the
respiratory rate of navel oranges can be reduced, the quality of navel oranges can be maintained,
moisture loss can be reduced, the navel oranges are protected from invasion of microorganisms, drosophila and other
insect pests in the environment, and the green, safe and efficient storage and preservation technology and method, which can be used for prolonging the preservation time and well keeping quality and
flavor of naveloranges at normal temperature, have great practical meaning and commercial value.
