The clock unit is used for time reminding. The processing unit divides the traffic light into a peak state and a normal state, and performs corresponding control operations according to different traffic flows in a peak period and a normal period. The processing unit adopts the peak state during the peak period, that is, the traffic light alternately change from 60s to 120s, and adopts the normal state in the normal period, that is, the principle of majority rule.
