The AC-DC converter comprises a multi-winding phase-shifting transformer and a cascaded rectifier. The multi-winding phase-shifting transformer comprises a primary winding and N secondary windings. The cascaded rectifier comprises N three-phase rectifying units. The i-th secondary winding is connected to the i-th three-phase rectifying unit, wherein 1 <= i <=N. The negative pole of the DC output end of the first three-phase rectifying unit and the positive pole of the DC output endof the N-th three-phase rectifying unit are used as external connection interfaces. The positive pole of the DC output end of the j-th three-phase rectifying unit is connected to the negative pole ofthe DC output end of the (j+1)th three-phase rectifying unit, wherein 1 <= j <= N-1. The AC-DC converter, the wind driven generator set and the wind farm system in the embodiment of the invention canreduce the line cost and the active power consumption of the line, and improve system stability.
