The problem is solved that there is no a related scheme about how to indicate the time-domain position of the actual transmission synchronizing signal block in the prior art. The method comprises the steps of: indicating transmission information of a target synchronizing signal block to a terminal through the remaining minimum system information (RMSI), wherein the target synchronizing signal block is a synchronizing signal block transmitted based on a base station. According to the embodiment of the invention, the transmission information of the target synchronizing signal block is indicated to the terminal through the RMSI to allow the terminal to determine the transmission information of the target synchronizing signal block through the RMSI so as to achieve indication and determination of the transmission information of the targetsynchronizing signal block, indicate the transmission information of the target synchronizing signal block through the RMSI to the terminal and reduce the signaling overheads with no need for messagebroadcast notification by employing other systems.
