Abstract

The invention discloses a fast and high-precision loading control method for a dynamic load spectrum. The method comprises constructing an n-order B-spline primary function; performing iterative learning for each of n+1 primary functions in the n-order B-spline primary functions to obtain n+1 primary functions and their corresponding control quantities to form the primary function control library;enabling each start point and each end point of the load spectrum to repeat 3 times to form a new load spectrum; performing segmented rolling fitting on the new load spectrum by using the primary functions in the primary function control library and their control quantities to obtain the control quantity u of each segment and its corresponding time t; and outputting the calculated control quantity u to a frequency converter according to the corresponding time t so as to instruct an AC asynchronous variable-frequency motor to generate a corresponding loading torque. The method of the present invention can improve the torque loading accuracy of the AC asynchronous variable-frequency motor and improves the correspondence between the applied load and time.
