The thyroid cancer is a high-incidence internal secretion malignant tumor; the data of incidence rate anddeath rate of cancers issued by National Cancer Prevention and Control Center of China in 2018 shows that about 170,000 thyroid cancer cases are newly increased in 2014, the number of people dying from the thyroid cancer is about 8,000; at present, few drugs for effectively treating the thyroid cancer are provided; the clinical needs cannot be met. The application of the pyrimidine derivative totreatment on thyroid cancer shows that part of the pyrimidine derivative has an obvious effect on inhibiting human thyroid cancer B-CPAP cells; the pyrimidine derivative can be used for preparing thedrugs for treating thyroid cancer; parent nucleus and substituent group of the pyrimidine derivative have an obvious influence on the drug effect on the thyroid cancer.
