protection system which comprises at least one energy saving cloud protection apparatus which is connected to a three-phase commercial power supply line, detection systems which are disposed on the energy saving cloud protection apparatuses and are used for detecting
electric power parameters of the three-phase commercial power supply line, and an intelligent query platform which is connected with all the detection systems. The intelligent query platform includes a data
server which is connected with the detection systems through a
network switch, and a
WEB server, a short messaging service (SMS)
server and an IVR
server which are all connected with the data server, wherein the IVR server is further connected with a private automatic
branch exchange (PABX). A realization method of the
system is further provided; through a
reactance filter that is connected into the power supply line, electric
pollution outside and inside a power
supply network is effectively regulated, the
electric power quality is improved, the electric saving rate is improved, and energy saving, consumption reduction and emission reduction are realized; and through the intelligent query platform, users can get feedback of
electric power conditions in time and can manage and control the use of electric power conveniently. Therefore, the
