The method comprises the following steps: describing a mode of a fatigue service life distributing characteristic under a given stress level by adopting double peak logarithmic normal distribution andestablishing a distributing parameter evaluation method; on this basis, establishing a fatigue P-S-N curve parameter evaluation method; and acquiring a fatigue test result under the given stress level, carrying out data processing of double peak logarithmic normal distribution and establishing the distributing parameter evaluation method to form the fatigue service life distribution characteristicof a curve representation describing material of P-S-N. Compared with single peak logarithmic normal distribution, the method is more reasonable and can better reflect the fatigue service life dispersibility problem induced by factors such as process characteristics, so that a result based on a limited test piece test is more reasonable.
