Embodiment Construction

[0031] EEG signals are the main basis for clinically studying the characteristics of epileptic seizures and diagnosing epilepsy diseases. However, due to the instability of the epileptic seizure area, it is difficult to accurately detect epileptic seizures only based on the single physiological signal of EEG signals. Therefore, in view of this, the present embodiment provides an epileptic seizure detection device and an early warning system based on multi-data collection with high recognition accuracy.

[0032] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown, the epileptic seizure detection device 100 based on multiple data acquisition provided in this embodiment includes a memory 10 and a processor 20 . A computer program is stored in the memory 10, and the processor 20 executes the computer program to realize the following steps: acquire a plurality of physiological signals divided by stages of the disease, and form multiple groups of signal samples (step S10), each group of physi...

Abstract

The invention provides epileptic seizure detection equipment and an epileptic seizure warning system on the basis of multi-data acquisition. The epileptic seizure detection equipment comprises a memory and a processor. Computer programs in the memory can be executed by the processor, so that steps can be implemented. The steps include acquiring a plurality of groups of physiological signals divided by incidence phases and forming a plurality of groups of signal samples; preprocessing the multiple groups of acquired signal samples one by one; extracting feature parameters of each group of preprocessed signal samples; training a plurality of decision-making trees in random forest classifiers by the aid of the multiple extracted feature parameters and the incidence phases and forming random forest models; acquiring to-be-analyzed physiological signals, preprocessing the to-be-analyzed physiological signals, extracting features, then acquiring feature parameters of the to-be-analyzed physiological signals, inputting the feature parameters into the random forest models, carrying out prediction by the aid of the random forest models and then acquiring incidence phases at which the to-be-analyzed physiological signals are located. Each group of physiological signals divided by the corresponding incidence phases comprises multi-channel electroencephalography signals, multi-channel electrodermal signals and acceleration signals. The multiple extracted feature parameters of the groups of preprocessed signal samples are used as feature vectors, and the incidence phases corresponding to each group of feature parameters are used as expected output.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of computers, and in particular to an epileptic seizure detection device and early warning system based on multi-data collection. Background technique [0002] Epilepsy is a chronic disease that is caused by sudden abnormal discharge of brain neurons and causes transient brain dysfunction. It is commonly known as epilepsy and epilepsy. At present, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) survey, about 500 million people in the world suffer from epilepsy. In China, epilepsy has become the second most common disease in neurology after headache. Because there are various seizure sites and seizure triggers, the clinical manifestations of epileptic seizures are also complex and diverse. Epilepsy patients may develop seizures due to certain uncertain triggers anytime and anywhere. If corresponding treatment measures cannot be taken in time, patients are likely to suffer from car accidents, burns, Accidents such as...
