Abstract

The invention discloses a sampling circuit with adjustable precision. The sampling circuit comprises a programmable amplifier, a programmable attenuator and an MCU, wherein the programmable amplifieris used for amplifying a to-be-sampled electric signal; the programmable attenuator is used for attenuating the to-be-sampled electric signal; and the MCU is used for selecting the programmable amplifier and the programmable attenuator and controlling an amplification factor of the programmable amplifier or an attenuation factor of the programmable attenuator. The sampling circuit has the advantages of being adjustable in precision and wide in sampling range. The invention further discloses a measuring device adopting the sampling circuit.
