The method includes the steps: acquiring a remote monitoring request sentby a client, calling an RFID sensor to scan an RFID tag, acquiring a monitoring object identifier, and calling at least one sign detecting sensor corresponding to the RFID tag to detect a monitoring object corresponding to the monitoring object identifier to obtain at least one corresponding sign condition monitoring result; analyzing each physical condition monitoring result to obtain an initialhealth index and a health analysis result corresponding to each physical condition monitoring result; processing the initial health index by using a weighting calculation formula to obtain a target health index, and obtaining remote monitoring information based on the target health index and health analysis results.
