Abstract

The invention discloses biologic ink with uniformity-distribution cells based on 3D printing. The biologic ink with the uniformity-distribution cell comprises a biologic ink body and biologic active cells suspended in the biologic ink body, wherein the biologic ink body is prepared from the following ingredients: methacrylic anhydride gelatin, fibroin microspheres, fetal calf serum, a photo-crosslinking initiator and a balance buffer solution. The biologic ink adopting the technical scheme has the advantages that the viscosity of the biologic ink is improved by adding the fibroin microspheres;the sinking of cells at each layer surface of the biologic ink is retarded by increasing the buoyancy force received by the biologic active cells in the biologic ink; the cell deposition phenomenon in a biologic 3D printing process is relieved; all ingredients are water-soluble and have good biocompatibility; no cytotoxicity exists; biologic active ingredients are contained; the biodegradation can be realized; good application prospects are realized in complicated and refined biologic printing and composite cell biologic printing.
