The carbon-based sandy soil modifying agent contains the charcoal and the sand fixing agent, and the charcoal intrinsically contains a great quantity of organic carbons and a certain quantity of minerals and is capable of improving sand nutrition and improving water absorptivity of sand; due to characteristics of high porosity and largesurface area of the charcoal, a protective effect on the sand fixing agent can be achieved, and denaturation of the sand fixing agent in a natural environment is prevented.
