The method comprises the steps that: a cloud service module receives and stores collected data from a wireless sensor network monitoring module through a wireless communication module; the cloud service module receives an identity authentication request including a secret key and an identity identifier sent by a user terminal in the local device module; the cloud service module performs authentication for the user terminal according to the identity authentication request and establish communication connection with the user terminal after the authentication is successful, wherein when the cloud service module searches the identity identifier from a database thereof and the secret key is correctly verified, it is determined that the authentication is successful; and the cloud service module compares the received collected data with pre-stored standard data to determine whether the collected datais abnormal or not, and when the collected data is abnormal, the cloud service module sends the abnormal data to the user terminal establishing communication with the cloud service module.
