Abstract

The invention discloses a method for pre-embedding a metal piece in the forming process of a composite product. The method comprises the following steps of step S1, stress relieving: conducting annealing heat treatment for the metal piece after processing, and relieving processing stress; step S2, sand blasting: conducting sand blasting for the surface of the metal piece before the forming process, then cleaning the surface so as to increase adhesion between an adhesive and the metal piece; step S3, wrapping with the high-temperature curing adhesive: wrapping the surface, being in contact witha composite materla, of the metal piece; and step S4, curing forming: laying prepreg materials on the metal piece after wrapping with the adhesive and a mould together, controlling mould closing clearance in the preloading process, then conducting mould closing and curing processes, and thus completing product forming. The pre-embedding method uses the surface of the metal piece wrapped by the high-temperature curing adhesive as an elastic layer to compensate the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between the composite material and the metal piece, therefore solving the problems of deformation of the metal piece after high-temperature curing and a gap between the metal piece and the interface of the composite material.
