[0021] Clinical samples: Tumor tissues and adjacent normal mucosal tissues were collected from 30 patients with gastric cancer and 60 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University during 2016-2018. Tissue samples were quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in a -80°C refrigerator. The preoperative blood of the above 30 patients with gastric cancer and 60 patients with colorectal cancer was collected. In addition, the blood of 45 age- and sex-matched healthy subjects was collected as a control. Plasma was obtained by centrifugation and stored in a -80°C freezer.
