Abstract

The invention discloses an inner-groove oil cooling structure of a flat wire motor. According to the structure, stator windings can be directly cooled by introducing oil into an inner-groove cooling oil passage; the inner-groove cooling oil passage is formed by gaps among flat wires, gaps between the flat wires and an isolation sleeve and gaps between the flat wires and the inner walls of stator grooves; a bayonet structure is arranged on a motor stator to separate stator inner-groove windings to form a flow passage among the flat wires; and the flow passage is regular in shape and low in resistance loss. The structure has the advantages that the heat dissipation effect is good and is superior to the direct oil cooling effect of a round wire winding or the existing end heat conductive gluescheme of the flat wire motor; the rated torque and the rated power of the flat wire motor can be increased by a large margin; the peak torque, the peak power and the hold time are increased; and therefore, the power density, the torque density and the overall performance of the motor are increased.
