Abstract

The invention provides a molluscan maggot material parameter acquisition method based on discrete elements. The method aims at solving problems existing in the prior art, and can be used for carryingout particle model analysis on a mixture of molluscan fly maggots and culture material particles by using a discrete element method and establishing a highly discrete molluscan particle model. The method has the beneficial effects that key parameters are provided for design of a maggot material separation vibrating screen, and practical research significance is achieved on separating of the maggotmaterial mixture by utilizing the vibrating screen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural material screening, in particular to a mechanical analysis used in the material screening process. Background technique [0002] The discrete element method has been widely used in the motion analysis of discrete rigid elements. By carefully simulating the interaction of each discrete element, the mechanical problems in the contact process are analyzed. At present, there are few reports on theoretically using the discrete element method to deal with the vibration separation of maggots, and there is no complete theoretical system for analyzing the mechanical problems of maggot particles during the separation process. The maggot material model simulation analysis method based on the discrete element method of the present invention can make up for the gap in the theoretical basis of mechanical analysis of non-rigid bodies or soft particles in the vibration separation process of the discrete element partic...
