The method comprises: calculating the voltage drop between the voltage of a first distribution transformer and the voltage of an electric energy meter to which the first distribution transformer belongs, and the voltage drop between the voltage of a second distribution transformer and the voltage of the electric energy meter to which the second distribution transformer belongs; acquiring electric energy meter voltage of the to-be-tested electric energy meter; assuming that the to-be-tested electric energy meter belongs to one of the back-to-back distribution transformers; for example, a first distribution transformer, reducing the voltage between the first distribution transformer voltage and the voltage of the electric energy meter to which the first distribution transformer belongs; adding the calculated voltage with the voltage of the electric energy meter to be tested to obtain the calculated voltage of the first distribution transformer, comparing the calculated voltage with the voltage of the first distribution transformer and the voltageof the second distribution transformer respectively, and confirming that the electric energy meter to be tested belongs to the first distribution transformer when the calculated voltage is closer tothe voltage of the first distribution transformer.
