Embodiment Construction

[0021] figure 1 with 2 A cross-sectional view of an outer rotor motor 1 according to the invention and a moving element 12 driven by it is shown. The external rotor electric machine 1 is here an electronically commutated external rotor electric machine 1 with a stator 3 and an external rotor 4 surrounding the stator 3 . The stationary part of the external rotor motor 1 , namely the stator 3 , is arranged in the usual manner inside the external rotor motor 1 and is surrounded by the moving part, namely the external rotor 4 (or also referred to as rotor). The outer rotor 4 is formed from a plurality of magnets 23 arranged one after the other in the peripheral direction of the outer rotor 4 and oriented in opposite pole directions, the magnets 23 being, for example, permanent magnets here. Alternatively, the magnet 23 can also be part of a correspondingly multi-pole magnetized ring. The stator 3 has a plurality of coils 22 which each form a magnetic pole 2 . In this case, the...

Abstract

The invention relates to an outer rotor motor (1) having a stator (3) with a plurality of electronically switchable magnetic poles (2) and having an outer rotor (4) which is mounted rotatably with respect to the stator (3) and at least partially surrounds the stator (3). In order to achieve optimal imbalance compensation with as small counterweights as possible, it is proposed that the outer rotor(4) has at least one counterweight (6, 7) arranged asymmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation (5) of the outer rotor (4) for imbalance compensation. The invention further relates to a device(11) having such an outer rotor motor (1).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an external rotor electric machine having a stator with a plurality of electronically switchable magnetic poles and an external rotor mounted rotatably relative to the stator and at least partially surrounding the stator. [0002] The invention also relates to a device having a fixed part of the device and a moving element drivable relative to the fixed part of the device, wherein the device has an electric motor for driving the moving element. Background technique [0003] External rotor electric machines are known in the prior art. In this type of external rotor motor, the stationary part, the stator of the motor, is located inside and is surrounded by the moving part, the external rotor (also known as the rotor). The outer rotor or rotating part usually consists of a plurality of alternately oppositely oriented permanent magnets or of a correspondingly multi-pole magnetized ring. The stator usually has a number of magnetic...
