Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium for rapid culture of chlorella by stabilizing the pH value and application of the culture medium, and belongs to the technical field of microalgae growth. Theculture medium is named as GAAP, and takes a certain proportion of glucose and sodium acetate as organic carbon sources, takes ammonia nitrogen as a nitrogen source, and is based on a principle that the glucose and the ammonia nitrogen are consumed to cause the decline of the pH value and the sodium acetate is consumed to cause the rise of the pH value in the microalgae growth process to stabilizethe pH value in the culture process of chlorella through the change of the pH value caused after the organic carbon sources, the nitrogen source and the principle are utilized so that the effect of stabilizing the pH value can be achieved without an additional pH buffer solution during polyculture growth of the chlorella in the culture medium.
