The pipe column comprises constant-flow water distribution devices, packers and bridge type water distribution devices which are sequentially connected to an oil pipe from top to bottom or the bridge type water distribution devices, the packers and the constant-flow water distribution devices which are sequentially connected to the oil pipe from top to bottom, wherein each constant-flow water distribution device, each packer and each bridge type waterdistribution device or each bridge type water distribution device, each packer and each constant-flow water distribution device are taken as a combined unit; at least two combined units are connectedto the oil pipe in series; one packer is further arranged between every two combined units; the center of the oil pipe is provided with an inner pipe; an oil inner annulus is formed between the oil pipe and the inner pipe; and the inner pipe directly penetrates through the constant-flow water distribution devices and the packers and is connected with an inner center pipe of each bridge type waterdistribution device.
