The bottom portion of the support platform isconnected to the top portion of the tripod. The tripod adopts a stable cross arm to support a positioning observation disc. The support platform and the positioning observation disc are respectivelyprovided with a positioning observation hole for connecting with a measuring instrument. The support platform comprises a turnover support disc and a bearing disc. The bottom portion of the bearing disc is connected with the tripod; the turnover support disc is in rotation connection with the bearing disc; and the included angle between the turnover support disc and the bearing disc is adjusted between 0 degree and 90 degrees.
