Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure regulation device, in particular to a pressure control device of a high-temperature hydraulic system. By adoption of the pressure control device of the high-temperature hydraulic system, the technical problems that when an existing manual overflow valve is regulated, an operator is likely to be scalded; and a proportional pressure-regulation valve is likely to be demagnetized during long-term work, and consequentially, the pressure of a system is instable are solved. The pressure control device comprises a cooler, a proportional pressure-regulation valve, and a pilot manual overflow valve provided with a damping hole, wherein an oil outlet of the pilot manual overflow valve is connected with an oil return pipeline, and an external control oil port of thepilot manual overflow valve is connected with an oil inlet of the cooler; and an oil inlet of the proportional pressure-regulation valve is connected with an oil outlet of the cooler, and an oil outlet of the proportional pressure-regulation valve is connected with the oil return pipeline. By adoption of the pressure regulation device, remote regulation of the high-temperature hydraulic system can be achieved, and an operator can be prevented from being scalded; and meanwhile, a non-high-temperature hydraulic environment of a hydraulic electromagnet can be achieved, the performance of the proportional pressure-regulation valve is ensured, and accordingly, the stability of the pressure of the hydraulic system is improved.
