Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there is no clear fault location standard and method for abnormal vibration and noise of 110kV substation GIS combined electrical appliances
Commissioning and operating personnel often feel the vibration and noise of GIS combined electrical appliances by touching and hearing. There is a large deviation, and it is impossible to accurately locate the fault, which affects the operation safety of substation equipment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fault location method for vibration and noise abnormality of a GIS combined electrical appliance in a substation. A GIS combined electrical appliance, a vibration test analyzer and a noise test analyzer are arranged. The GIS combined electrical appliance includes a circuit breaker, a bus, a disconnecting switch, a voltage transformer, a current transformer, and a lightning arrester. The invention provides a method for testing the vibration and noise of the GIS combined electrical appliance in a substation, thereby realizing accurate and comprehensive test result and providing the systematic and scientific test results for the production, debugging, operation and maintenance personnel. A method for vibration and noise fault analysis and location is also put forwardby combining the test method, so that the vibration and noise faults can be analyzed according to the test results to find out coherence of the key factors causing the problems and thus the fault location is realized. The fault location method has the high innovation; the blank in the field related with the vibration and noise of the current GIS combined electrical equipment is filed; and the safe and stable operation of the 110-kV substation equipment is guaranteed effectively and the high-efficiency maintenance is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fault location, in particular to a fault location method for abnormal vibration and noise of a substation GIS combined electric appliance. Background technique [0002] GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) is a metal-enclosed switchgear that uses gas in whole or in part instead of air under atmospheric pressure as the insulating medium. Generally, it is a high-voltage power distribution device composed of seven kinds of high-voltage electrical appliances, including circuit breaker, bus bar, disconnector, voltage transformer, current transformer, lightning arrester and bushing. With the continuous acceleration of China's power grid construction and the continuous development of smart substations, the installation volume of GIS is constantly increasing due to its simple structure, good technical parameters, and high reliability. In the process of infrastructure construction, operation, and maintenance, it was found that t...
