The indirect drug delivery pump comprises a pumpcasing; a cover body, a left pump body, a middle body, a right pump body and an end cover are arranged in the pump casing and connected in sequence; the end cover is mounted on the pump casing; a flexible bag is mounted on the cover body; a liquid medium is arranged in the flexible bag; a first pump cavity is composed of a first piezoelectric vibrator and the left pump body; a second pump cavityis composed of a second piezoelectric vibrator and the left pump body; a third pump cavity is composed of a third piezoelectric vibrator and the right pump body; the three cavities are connected in series; a flexible membrane is closely attached to a drug storage bag; and the liquid medium in the flexible bag is conveyed by series cavity piezoelectric drive to squeeze the flexible membrane and a drug storage device, so that indirect drug delivery is achieved; and the drug storage device is a one-time replacement component, and the drug storage device can be rapidly replaced by arranging a stopvalve between an inlet channel and an outlet channel.
