The double-battery-pack power supply device comprises a first battery pack, a second battery pack connected with the first battery pack in series, a motor controller used for driving a vehicle motor, and a DCDC circuit coupled to the motor controller and the first battery pack to make voltage output by the first battery pack and the second battery pack through the DCDC circuit be within the normal operating voltage range of the motor controller. The double-battery-pack power supply device aims to achieve the purpose that when the double battery packs are connected in series for power supply, the power supply voltage of the double battery packs is controlled to be within the normal operating voltage range of the motor controller through the DCDC circuit, and the situation that as the power supply voltage of the double battery packs connected in series is increased, the work of the motor controller is affected is avoided.
