A set of left fixing support is installed on the left side of the upper platform, and a set of right fixing support is installed on the right side of the upper platform. A frequency modulation motor is fixed to the left side of the lower platform through a middle motor base and a large motor base, and a rotating shaft of the frequency modulation motor is connected with the left end of a connecting rod through a motor synchronous belt.
