The embodiment of the invention provides a task switching method and terminal equipment, and the method comprises the steps: meeting an execution condition, of first wireless connection equipment in the terminal equipment under the condition that the terminal equipment detects the first wireless connection equipment; establishing wireless communication with the first wireless connection device toenable the task to be switched to the first wireless connection device for execution; wherein the task comprises a task which is being executed by the terminal equipment; executing a task to be executed or a task which is executed by a second wireless connection device successfully connected with the terminal device; wherein the first wireless connection device is a wireless connection device successfully connected with the terminal device. According to the embodiment of the invention, the task meeting the execution condition can be automatically switched to the wireless connection device, sothat the task switching efficiency is improved.
