The floater is movably located on the side, facing the opening, of the partition plate. The side, facing the partition plate, of the floater s connected with the balance weight block. A communicating column is arranged on the middle portion of the balance weight block in the manner that the communicating column protrudes towards the partition plate. A through hole is formed in the middle of the communicating column. A bossis arranged in the through hole. The check valve comprises an umbrella-shaped plate, a middle column and a protruding ring. The middle column is located in the through hole of the communicating column. The boss is located between the umbrella-shaped plate and the protruding ring. An oil return opening is formed between the top of the pump body and the oil storage barrel. A connection opening communicating with an oil pass passageway is formed in the bottom of the oil storage barrel.
