Embodiment Construction

[0021] In order to have a further understanding of the purpose, structure, features, and functions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions are provided in conjunction with the embodiments.

[0022] Please refer to figure 1 , the present invention provides an improved sheath for radial artery puncture, including an outer sheath 1 and an inner sheath 2 sleeved.

[0023] The outer sheath 1 is a hollow thin tube, and the side wall of the outer sheath 1 is provided with an outer hole 11 for entering a guide wire; the inner sheath 2 is sleeved inside the outer sheath 1, and both the outer sheath 1 and the inner sheath 2 include opposite first end 101 and second end 102; the inner sheath 2 includes a tube body 21, a balloon 22, an inflation channel 23, an inner hole 24, and a guide wire channel 25; The channel 23 is connected to the air bag 22, and the inflation channel 23 extends along the tube body 21 to the second end 102, and the second end 102 of the inner...

Abstract

The invention provides an improved sheathing canal for radial artery puncture. The sheathing canal comprises an outer sheath and an inner sheath which are in sleeve connection. An outer hole is formedin the side wall of the outer sheath. Each of the outer sheath and the inner sheath includes a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other. The inner sheath comprises a canal body, anair bag, an inflation channel, an inner hole and a guide wire channel. The inflation channel is connected to the air bag, and the inflation channel extends along the canal body to the second end. Theinner hole is communicated with the guide wire channel, and the guide wire channel extends to the first end along the canal body. The inflation channel and the guide wire channel are not communicatedto each other. The first end of the inner sheath is additionally provided with the air bag. Due to the fact that the surface of the air bag is more flexible, the vascular damage of a patient is less. The bulging air bag is arranged on the circumference of the wall of the inner sheath, and the end of the inner sheath can be fixed in the center of the air bag to isolate the inner sheath from the vessel wall. In addition, the air bag is elastic, and the diameter can be changed by inflation or water injection, so that the degree of expansion of the vessel wall can be flexibly determined.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an improved radial artery puncture sheath. Background technique [0002] Successful radial artery puncture is the prerequisite for the establishment of radial artery access and smooth radial artery intervention. However, compared with the femoral artery, the radial artery is smaller and prone to spasm, so the difficulty of puncturing the radial artery is higher than that of the femoral artery. However, for patients with unfavorable factors such as abnormal radial artery development and mental stress, puncture may become more difficult. It can be said that radial artery puncture is the first technical difficulty in radial artery interventional therapy, and failure to successfully perform radial artery puncture is also the most common reason for failure of radial artery coronary intervention. [0003] During radial artery puncture, a cannulation set with a sheath is often used. The...
