Embodiment Construction

[0021] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] like Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, two two-way damping bearings 3 form a group, and are fixed on the marine riser 1 by bolts at intervals of the height of a U-shaped fairing 2 . The U-shaped fairing 2 is fixed on the outer ring of the two-way damping bearing 3 through bolts and grooves 6, and the U-shaped fairing 2 can rotate around the riser axially according to the change of the flow field around the marine riser 1.

[0023] like Figure 4 to Figure 6 As shown, the U-shaped fairing 2 includes a U-shaped plate 4 and a pair of wing plates 5 . The inner wall of the U-shaped board 3 is provided with a groove 6, and the board contains a rectifier circuit, a storage battery, a monitor and a controller. The two wing plates 5 are respectively subdivided into three layers, which are the piezoelectric layers 7 on both sides and the base laye...

Abstract

The invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic-based marine riser vortex-induced vibration energy collecting and active restraining device and method. The device body is a U-shaped rectifying coverand comprises a U-shaped plate and a wing plate. The U-shaped rectifying cover is sleeved on the marine riser through a bidirectional damping bearing and performs corresponding rotations according toocean current changes. A groove is formed in the inner wall of the U-shaped plate, and a rectifying circuit, a storage battery, a monitor and a controller are arranged in the plate. The wing plate isof a sandwich structure composed of a base layer and a piezoelectric layer. When the marine riser generates vortex-induced vibration under the action of the ocean current, the wing plate swings and deforms, the piezoelectric layer is stretched and contracted, and then alternating current is generated. After the current is treated via the rectifying circuit, a part of the current supplies power fora circuit element, and a part is stored to the storage battery. When the vortex-induced vibration is severe, the storage battery discharges; and under the action of an inverse piezoelectric effect, the piezoelectric layer is fixed into a specific shape, and further the bending degree of the wing plate is changed, so that the U-shaped rectifying cover reaches the optimal shape, and the purpose ofrestraining the vortex-induced vibration is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of vortex-induced vibration energy collection and suppression, in particular to a piezoelectric ceramic-based marine riser vortex-induced vibration energy collection and active suppression device and method. Background technique [0002] In view of the increasing depletion of onshore oil and gas resources, the ocean will undoubtedly be the focus of global oil and gas resource exploitation in the future. As a key and weak link in offshore oil and gas production, the vortex-induced vibration and fatigue damage of marine risers represented by deepwater drilling risers have always been the focus of attention. When the ocean current passes through the riser, wakes and vortices will be generated downstream of the riser, and the periodically released vortex will generate a vortex force perpendicular to the flow direction on the riser. When the frequency of the vortex release is close to a certain resonance frequen...
