The method comprises the steps of obtaining text and video interaction information according toa query text and a target video; obtaining context interaction information according to the text video interaction information; obtaining matching probability information of anchor point segments corresponding to the video frames and boundary probability information of the video frames according to the context interaction information; according to the matching probability information of the anchorpoint segment corresponding to each video frame, obtaining a video frame, and boundary probability information of each video frame, obtaining a target video clip matched with the query text in the target video. According to the scheme, the specific video clip in the target video can be accurately queried through the text, a user does not need to manually adjust the playing progress to find the video clip interested by himself/herself, and therefore the efficiency of querying the specific video clip from the video is remarkably improved.
